Tye Ferrell

Whether in local, state, or federal government, I've always felt a call to public service. As a City Council Legislative Aide, I helped start the City of Seattle's Office of Sustainability. At USAID, I worked to strengthen democracy and governance, improve public health, and build the conditions for peace and prosperity in countries across Africa and Asia. As a Facilitator and Project Manager at the William D. Ruckelshaus Center, I brought Washington state's agencies, tribes, and local governments together to address complex statewide problems — from education to clean energy. At Tazy Partners, I help counties, cities, and nonprofits deliver more with what they already have.

Yerzhan Beisenbayev

Adapting technology solutions to the needs of clients is what I love best. I've led more than 50 complex projects across financial services, telecommunications, government, logistics, and enterprise — including a national eGov mobile platform, SuperApps, fintech solutions, marketplaces, workflow automation systems, and high-load applications serving millions of users. My expertise spans AI strategy and implementation, enterprise architecture, product strategy, process automation, technology due diligence, and building high-performing engineering organizations. At Tazy Partners, I help organizations turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
