Accessibility statement

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2, Level AA, the standard referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and by most state and local government procurement requirements.

We consider this site to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Substantially conformant means that most of the site meets the standard, and that we correct any exceptions we or our visitors identify.

• Semantic page structure with clear headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link.
• Full keyboard operability with visible, high-contrast focus indicators.
• Text and interface colors tested to meet or exceed the required contrast ratios.
• Form fields with permanent visible labels and error messages announced to screen readers.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and no information conveyed by color alone.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences set in the operating system.
• Layouts that reflow for small screens, zoom, and magnification.

We combine automated checks with manual review: keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, color contrast measurement, zoom and reflow testing at 200 and 400 percent, and review of page structure and alternative text.

Some third-party components, such as our contact form provider, are outside our direct control. We monitor these and will replace or remediate any component that creates a barrier.

Public agencies and prime contractors may request an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on the VPAT template for this website or for software we deliver. Email us and we will provide it.
